I ran this same phone number from my phone over Been Verified and a complete report with iden***y information was collected and contained information that you offered to me ready to download if i went ahead and opened an account. but i already had an account open with you monthly paid by me to you since feb 2021. i closed my phone and opened my computer thinking i could access the report from my computer but after signing in to my account and putting this phone number in your system now you say there is no info on it or no report, whats up with thah
