I too have received the same call and the woman stated that she had a friend who had this number so it must have been a misdial? How could this be a misdial when she admitted that her friend had this number?
I have been getting this too, I am up here in alaska- my friend left a message and gave me his new number it wasn't the 380 445 8628 number he told me, but that is what came up in caller ID, I believe this to be one of those prepaid phone cards or track phones he was using? He is a shifty charater anyways I c****ed my number and only call him and block my number.
