This is a phishing scammer. The number comes back to Carla M. Beck. They are endeavoring to collect on pass due debts with creditors who have similar names. Their MO is to access your financial records. They go by a name and use that name attempt a bill collection. So if you s have a name like “ Sam Smith” or “ Debbie Collins” they will attempt to wring payments from you. Do not entertain or engage them in any fashion..

A threatening call that they will find me with either at my place of employment or at my home. They end with "you have been notified".
