Caller is a hacker.. Caution

Foreign individual asked for someone at the house but when I began to say a word they ***g up. The day before they called from a different phone number that showed up as a cell phone in Texas. I know they are the same people because when you answer it chimes a few time and it was identical in that call as the one today. I tried to call it back and it said the Verizon wireless number I was calling had been disconnected.

Caller says he is with the Medical Compensation Dept, said had receivedinformation that i had taken blood thinners and am eligible for compensation. On calling back I get a number disconnected message.
