The call from this phone number went to our 13 year old daughter's phone. Only several family and 3 of her friends have her phone number. We have this due to being caregivers and having medical emergencies with elderly relatives who live with us. So when she gets a random caller she usually doesn't answer and when she does by accident, it is either automated or people refusing to listen that this is a THIRTEEN year old. Then they act like she is in the wrong when she answers HER phone. Like how dare she answer their call. Maybe you shouldn't be calling in the first place, harassing people who haven't given out their phone numbers.
