I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that's in the process of being filed this morning for several different matters. I'm calling to verify that we do have the correct address for this individual. Now the next step will be filing the necessary paper work for your county.

Said that they were warning me before they inform my HR department about a lawsuit they are s****ing suing me for some unpaid debt.

I needed to call the information center to discuss the issue and if not a complaint would be filed with my local county officials. they wanted me to call 701-940-1342

Received a call from this number about being served and to call 6202071247. Called that number and was advised that $1000 was owed, but I could settle for $500. When asked who they were they said CBC LLC. When I asked the name of the company they became hostile and threatening.

She said: Do not disregard this message. Calling to verify address / place of employment to take action a***nst you. You will forfeit your right to settle this matter. You have been notified. Then gives a number to call and a reference number, BLAH BLAH. This is a SCAMMER! And annoying.

Stated they were a processing center. Gave a case # said they were going to locate my place of employment and home and if they did all deals were off. "You have been notified." Have received many calls and with each call the recording is more threatening and intimidating. They are scammers - DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN THEIR CALLS.
