Leave a CommentGot a call from this number, said it was an offer from Dish Network, lots of free equipment, etc. They wanted a credit card number so they could tell who I really was. Asked her how could I tell she was who she said SHE was? She had I had to trust her? No way.

Call at noon:45 PDT. Automated call, offered an option to push 1, so I did. Person on the other end said they were a call center (actual words), and they were selling Dish Network. I tried to play it cool, asked for a website I could check out their offer. She said, "Uh, I don't know. Um, I guess Dish Network dot com? I really don't know. Maybe do a Google search or so****ing?" When I asked if I could check out her website so I could compare offers, she immediately ***g up.This is the exact same tactic I've been getting a lot more of recently. Automated call with an option to push 1 to talk to someone, then as soon as I ask for any contact info, they **** up.I will do some more research to see if I can find their info. If I do, I'll post it here so you can send a "Cease & Desist" letter. (I have a letter I typed up years ago after a spate of these calls. It's sounds just like an attorney wrote it, and threatens lawsuit with any further contact. Every single company I've sent it to has stopped contacting me within days of my sending it. So this tactic REALLY WORKS!)

Even though my number is on Do Not Call Registry, I got a call trying to sell satellite service.
Tried to sell satellite service complete with free equipment. I opted out then checked number and got this site along with others for this number.
I'm****uming this is a scam of some sort. We've gotten several automated calls from this number about "your credit card". I've checked with all our credit card issuers. None has a call center in Delano, FL.
Received a call at 0907 PDT 26Aug08 from that number. Wife answered, said*****o several times that the caller ***g up
Didn't leave message on answering ma****e
I answered a call from this # today, pressed the #1 just in case it was this one card with a late payment....got some operator asking for my address "for verification" and name and all that. I said, "Before we go there I'd like to know what CC company this is for, because I don't want to apply for a new card." She just replied, "Fine, then." and CLICK....***g up on me. When I hit redial to call them back discovered it's one of those "call out only" lines. Googled the # and the company appears to be so****ing unknown or so new it's not out here yet. I suspect major scammers!!!
I got a call from this number stating they have been trying to reach me regarding my credit card. Thinking it was regarding my current credit card, I pressed #1. I got a rude operator when I told her that I didn't need a credit card with a low interest because I don't carry a balance on my credit cards. She then told me that I shouldn't press #1 and waste her time! Wasn't she the one that was wasting MY time?!
so****ing about a credit card. but when i tried to call right back,a recording said this number is no longer in service.
so****ing about a credit card
