unsolicited message on my cell, even on do not call lists!

i have no idea how they got my number but they need to quit calling and texting me

Got a txt message from this number that read:"You must visit ecig2010.com Smoke Healthy!.." etc etc

they sent me a text message "you must visit - www.ecig2010.com Smoke Healthy!" it said I had to text back "stop" or call cust service at

told me i could get an instant online loan approval by going to www.1stcheckadvance.comto opt out - call cust serv  800 380 9***

I got the [email protected] e-mail!!

I got that message to Name.....I moved yada yada.....that 386 # is in volusia county FL!! I have no idea how they got my number my phone is a NY area code. Yea its creapy! But some1 knows what they are doing. Who ever sees this "IF YOU DONT KNOW WHO DA %&^* IT IS DONT ADD THEM AS A FRIEND THEY CAN ACCESS ALL KIND OF INFO ABOUT YOU!!! If you dont believe me.....google yourself I bet you  will find so****ing on yourself.....now thats creapy!!! & for all of you that don't know Volusia County FL, it is Daytona Beach area!

I got a texted message saying that William i had moved so i created a face Book to keep intouch with everyone add me its Under my email Racheal.Livnig******@gmail.com I dont know this person and want to know who they are

received a text message stating they had moved and had opened a facebook page to keep in touch , to add them they "are under: [email protected]" i sent a txt bk asking who they were b/c i did not recognize the number,(they knew my name) but i got no answer, then i called it but got a verizon message, no voice mail or answer... i looked them up on facebook, not able to send message to email, nor found their profile. who knows.

i got that too!!! but she actually put my nickname and the email was [email protected]?!?!?!? what is this

They texted me and said that they were someone by the name of [email protected]

I received a text message from this numberwanting me to add "rachael.living******@gmail.com to my facebook. I have no idea who it is and when i tried to call the # it gave me a busy signal. The carier for this # is in Daytona Beach, FL.

I researched the number further and found out it is located in Florida. It is a Cellco Partnership doing Business as Verizon Wireless so I was right. It is sending these text messages out to get Verizon money. F*** this s**t! Don't text back.Cannot report because:there is nothing to report, because there is nothing illegal about a cellco partnership. the term "cellco partnership dba Verizon Wireless" is short for Cellular phone Company Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless. in some cases the local exc****es are shared between more than one phone/cellphone company, hence the partnership. in other cases it may not have been an original Verizon number, but they now own the number due a recent aqquisition (like Altel Wireless for example) where they are considered to be in a partnership until the aqquisition is complete. either way, there is nothing illegal about the partnership itself. and since you gave no other information about your issue there isn't much else anybody can do for you. if you're receiving harassing phone calls from a number registered to verizon wireless then you can try calling verizon to file a complaint, or call your phone carrier and have the number blocked. if it's a telemarketer calling you then you can file a complaint with the FTC.

I got the same text and didnt know who the person was but they had my cell number.

My boyfriend recieved the message as well, "Name...I moved, so I creaded a facebook to keep in touch w/ everyone.. add me its under my email rachael.living******@gmail.com Honestly I have  theory that the phone companies sent these out to make everyone send text messages back to this fake person so that the companies can get profit. It's evil but could happen.

If it is a scam I would still like to know how they are getting my cell number and my name.....my cell is not published anywhere that they would be able to get it.

I received the same message it says "Melissa...I moved, so I created a facebook to keep in touch w/ everyone, add me its under my email [email protected]". I did a search for this person on facebook and there is only one photo of someone I don't recognize and they have nothing written on their wall but they have tons of friends that I dont even know. I just deleted the SMS. If I get it a***n I will call my cell phone provider. If it was really someone I know they would friend me through facebook...lol

I got the exact same message from mandi carter. I looked her up on facebook and have no clue who she is.

But most of all how are they getting cell phone numbers and able to notify people by name. Where is the information coming from. I think we will be checking credit reports and so on......

***, I actually thought my husband was cheating on me cause the message said, Julie I moved so I created a facebook [email protected].  I just thought the girl was trying to tell him to contact her through that email.

No idea who this person is. they used my first name in a text message and all. heard it's a scam to get into facebook pages and implant virus! text message says to add rachael.living******@gmail.com.
