My daughter received a call from a man with a heavy accent claiming to need to talk to me regarding a fraud I was involved with on a company.  I have no fraud ever.  He said he was a debt relief company but they would have nothing to do with fraud so it shows how ****** he is. I called him and told him to never call her a***n or I will turn him in to the police.  If you get a call from this ******* give him no info he is the one committing fraud.

I SWEAR I JUST RECEIVED THE SAME EXACT CALL 3 TIMES IN A ROW WITHIN THE LAST 30 MINUTES!!!!!!!!! IT WAS THE SAME HEAVY ACCENT INDIA MAN AND SAID HE WAS 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I ASKED HIM THERE ADDRESS TO SEND MY PAYMENT, AND HE YELLED AT ME TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD OR ELSE!...THEN I ASKED WHATS THE NAME OF THE CREDITOR AND SAID DONT BE ****** LITTLE GIRL AND ***G UP!....MY UNCLES AN ATTORNEY AND SAID DONT SWEAT IT.

You'd think these foreign guys would at least check these types of sites to see all the complaints!  Same old, same old with me too.  Last 4 digits of SSN, accusations of fraud, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! Time to get new phone #.  It's THE only way to have it stopped.

I too received a call on my cell phone and at work.  They claim to be from ACS and what worries me is that they know the last 4 numbers of my social security #.  They said there is a lawsuit a***nst me for fraud.  I refuse to call them back but they keep calling.

I have also been getting calls by this number someone claiming to be Robin Williams. I'm saying to myself, thats a celebrity's name, their not fooling anybody.I'm at work and received this call stating that i defaulted on a loan, and i don't have any loans except a student loan which im currently in school and don't pay anything. It's getting ridiculous and I wish these bozos can be prosecuted.*****, i'm thinking of contacting the FCC or the FBI personally so that this can stop.

This company keeps calling me and saying I owe their client money but they cant tell me who. When I ask for info in writting they get irritated and yell then **** up and call back. When they finally give you information about "their client" its a company I have never heard of. Wants you tell them that then they tell you another company name. I have asked several times for this company to send so****ing in writting if they have my information like they claim. They refuse and **** up just to call 4 or 5 more times then call and harrass my friend. I could barely understand the company name. Sounded like ECS or ACS.

Caller claims to be a lawyer from a law firm and constantly calling me on my cell phone and work number saying i took out a loan and their client is sueing me. What's scary is they have partial information and I keep telling them they are incorrect. They are harresment phone calls. the caller gets very nasty when I tell them I have no idea what they are calling me for and to quit calling
