Option 3 does not remove you from their call list, just let a them know yours is,a valid number. Option 1 gives you a telemarketer who ****s up when you s**** to complain. When you try to call back, number can not be completed as dialed.

Automated recording, no prompts just ****s up after female voice finishes telling you that there is NO PROBLEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, BUT IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY - no number to call to even take you off of the caller list let alone to return the call. When you call the number on caller ID it just rings and rings, then ****s up
