Been getting text from 401 205 7353. Claim to be Citizen bank. I refuse to reply back a "yes" if I did it say for more information. Gotten text also did I preapprove a purchase at Costco in Erie. Again, refuse to text back. Did call Citizen on it.

I got a call they had my first and last name -on my home phone from "citizens" with an 833 # saying to call asap, and less than 2 hours later a message on my cell phone from 401-205-7353 in reference to my Citizens account ending in 3811... i dont think i have any accounts with that #

Same message asking if I am who I am, then tells me I missed my payment , which I did not. and tell me to Call them and or go a a website that doesn't belong to Citizens to make a payment. SCAM!
