ARS National Services is a large collection agency with a home base in Rancho Cuca****a, California. They host 5 different call centers. They have also called using 26950***04 and many others.

I received a call from this number twice in the last week.  Because the number is unknown to me, I did not answer it.

The user is constantly calling my phone, he was looking for Brian Clarke. I spoke to the guys 3 days ago and told him the same thing.

We as well are being called by this company. So****ing needs to be done. I have voice mail and caller ID but no one will leave a message. Then they say that they've been trying to contact you numerous times in a letter that they send.

Thanks, these people are driving me crazy. Every 2-to3 minutes they are calling looking for someone I have never heard of.....

i just got a call from this same number and what i got on the caller id wasRHODE IS CALL401-213-3328now thought that was wierd. didnt answer it but ckd voice mail and there was silance from this number. any who just thought it was a bit wierd and when i tryed calling it back, i got busy signal every time. arrgggg cant these ****** spam callers just stop?

Beware of some of the people posting comments here.DO NOT call them back.DO NOT use the 800 number somebody above provided.When you call them back, they will not only have your phone number (caller ID), but they will ALSO have your name. If you have "anonymous" caller service, it won't work on an 800 number: They will learn your name and number because they are paying for the 800 service; it's their dime, and YOUR ID and phone number will be revealed to them.Don't answer the phone, let it wring, let the phone ma****e answer it, file a complaint with the FTC. If the problem persists, call your phone company and have your number c****ed.There are no effective laws stopping these parasites from doing what they're doing.You might even write to your Congress people and tell them about this place.

its ARS collection services calling about a debt you might have and i did say "MIGHT HAVE". they will continue to call you if you are a friend, relative or whatever to the debtor, even if this DEBT is NOT yours. They are very, very intrusive and smart mouthed cheap hustlers who will do everything in their power to get the phone number of the debtor. They need to be stopped and put out of business to put it lightly. feel free to call them at their corporate phone numbers and complain and threaten to sue which you are en***led to do. Its illegal the way they operate....here's a couple numbers to try and DO IT, call them that is!!!...ask for EDDIE or LEWIS at extension#4028 at #1-800-392-6003 and 800-456-5053. I normally don't answer any calls that I don't know the number.  I have been receiving calls on my cell phone .   This 401 and others. when I call back phone just rings and rings.  So I figured if they don't want to answer it must not be important,,,  I do get frustrated and don't know how they got a hold of my cell phone number      How do I block calls from my cell phone?

block all the call even though they have a million numbers to call from it works . they get real upset when u do it , its great some payback lol.

This number calls our house every 15 min.  I have answered it and the person they are looking for  Ron Winter, does not live here.  I do not know anyone by that name...I have asked them to not call, speak to a supervisor...today I answered the phone and blue a whistle into the mouth....guess what?  They called back in 15 min.  People, get a life.    401-213-3328  Carolina, RI

I am glad I didn't answer this call, instead, I just let the message service pick it up. That's when I looked it up on Google and found this site.

it IS ARS RECOVERY-----------COLLECTION AGENCT, SOME REAL A***OLES, it doesn't matter if the person they are looking for does not live there, if its a relative they will continue to pester you until they locate that individual. PERIOD!! BOTTOMLINE!! NO'MAS!! NO'MAS!!

First time I called - fast busy signal / bad number; second time I call 2 minutes later rang 20 x; third time I called fast busy signal.Draw your own conclusions - I feel it is probably a forwarded or s****ed phone number from another source.

She just called my parents house looking for my ***her. Im not sure how many other times she has called but when we asked if it was a personal or business matter she said personal and ***g up. We tried to call back and it was busy.

This is a female calling, she calls 6+ times a day.  Would not tell me why she calls for, and when I ask, she ****s up on me.  When I call back the number, it's always busy.

401-213-3328 keeps calling my home looking for my exhusband. I already told the woman last night that he hasn't lived at this address for 9 yrs.  She was quite rude and replied,"well he is the one that gave us this number," then she ***g up. They called twice today already.  I am going to investigate who I can report this too since it is harrassment.
