Well, yday mornin 5 am i get dis call from on my cell and the no which flashes is only + 401....thr is a guy who speaks....then suddenly says he will check if his phone is fully charged and will then call back nd then ****s up and noc alls from the no comes a***n....can anyone tell me wat kinda thing that was...

i too got a call from the same number and they sounded like aliens located north east of milky way little far from the planet saturn and they asked for milk for their pet animal which also sounds like cat.

JUST GOT A PHONE CALL FROM +401 BOTH ON MY SKYPE NUMBER WICH IS A LONG ISLAND, NY NUMBER - DID NOT ANSWER AND 2 SECONDS LATER THEY CALLED MY MOBILE PHONE (A NYC NUMBER)  I AM IN AFIRCA RIGHT NOW WHICH MAY BE WH ONLY +401 CAME UP BUT NO ONE KNOWS BOTH MY SKYPE AND MOBILS MUMBER - I NEVER GIVE OUT MY SYPE NUMBER.   WHO THE***** ARE THESE PEOPLE?????  401 IS RHODE ISLAND, USA.  IT IS AN AREA CODE IN USA, NOT A COUNTRY CODE AS FAR AS I CAN TELL HOWEVER, 401 IS ALSO USED AS THE FIRST 3 DIGETS OF MANY CAYMAN ISLAND PHONE NUMBERS

Did receive several calls last week from this number (in the Netherlands!). They did get a non english speaking person on the phone here, that didn't understand the message.  They **** up. On the voicemail no message. Looks like phishing. Google brought me to your site.

I'm on the DNC registry and read on another site that "survey" companies don't have to abide by the DNC registries.  This number has called twice this week after 8pm, but didn't leave a message on my ma****e.  How annoying.

I too got a phone call twice from this number and they ***g up both times.  I tried to look it up on whitepages.com and it is unlisted, however when you google it I found this website.  I just don't like it.

Called at 7:49 PM on 5 Dec 07; left no message

said that they were American Power Conversion (APC) - asked me if I was a reseller of computer equipment - I said no - they said ok and ***g up...  oh, and they said at first that I had responded to an ad by them...

called monday, asked to speak to some person, which was not me, when i asked who the caller was and what was the company name, he mumbled some foriegn name and said he was with ADP card services. i have since recived 3 more calls from the exact same number, but let them go to voicemail. they never leave a message. when i returned the call today it rang for quite awhile before a auto atendant picked up and said it was some survey company and stated that all reps were currently busy and to leave a message with contact name and number and the action to be taken and they would follow up accordingly. sounds pretty su****ous to me that they would say survey in the autoattendant but card services in the actual call.
