They Identify themselves as RIFOP after listening to a rant that was mixed recorded and live they are an organization that is collecting money for the "R.I.F.O.P." when I asked how much was going to the FOP he carefully spun a few words but could not elude the truth a measly 27%. Is this company exempt from the National Do Not Call list? I have registered three times over the last five years.
