my fiance got a call from this number about two weeks ago and they said they needed to speak to me that it was very important and to call them back. so i called and asked for simon marshall(who is the guy that called my fiance) and a Michael williams answered the phone and he said that he would transfer me to simon and then like 5 seconds later he said his name was a patrick so****ing. they said that i was being prosecuted cause of a complaint about my ssn and i would go to court and pay over 3000 dollars or settled it on the phone with them right then and there and pay 429.10. he was rude and harassing to me and threaten to **** up on me and all that. well i called the protection line of that state of commisoners office and they are now being investigated and the gentlemen there said not to worry about a thing that they are scammers and to block their number!

I received a call from this number he said his name was jack he said I got a payday loan. when I asked when he said 3-4 months ago. i told him this was not true. he said that i have a legal case pending a***nst me and he is trying to help me but I need to pay this money right away. I told him I will have an attorney call him. he transferred me to who he said was his supervisor. I ask for the name of the company and they said cash advance. I said what is the name. I told them I will have my attorney contact them. he ***g up and called me right back. he asked to speak with my supervisor I told him no I will have my attorney call him and he ***g up a***n. this is a scam

this person Anthony Bordin (famous chef, hummmm) called me yes****ay from the center of investigation and litigation out of providence rhode lsland. He claims i have a payday loan out and i have to pay it in 3 days i will be arrested. Within 24 hrs they called my company cellphone 22 times. I have turned them into the FTC and my Attorney Generals office.

Called me at home and work; threaten to have me arrested-stated that my someone is trying to block my ss#.  Threaten to call my boss to have me fired.  Please be careful. I filed a complaint to FTC; Atty General and local authorities/

It is a scam.  They physiclly threatened both my husband and myself. Called his worked and threatened to get him fired. Used three differents names. we were told my husband had committed a federal crime towards his own SS#. Reports this to ALL authorties.

This company is using illegal debt collection practices.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC and my state's Attorney General's office and I recommend you do the same.I will own up to my debts but I will not cater to illegal practices to get it.  RNK Inc 300 Carpenter StProvidence RI  02909
