Calls on all 3 of our numbers 2 days in a row now. Today both calls came within 13 minutes of each other.  You have to say*****o 2 or 3 times then they either tell you that you have won an alarm system or like my first call a female said, "Maam I no try to sell you any'ding'I jus want to know if you have smoke alarm".  Sounds possibly Indian dialect. After being told he had won and alarm system, my husband asked the first caller today, "Are you trying to sell me an alarm system?"  Her reply was yes.  A***n, Indian dialet very very hard to understand.  Both calls said Providence, RI on caller ID.

They are calling my elderly friend late at night and yelling at her to pay her bills.  He is threatening to take her car.

they call today but i didn't pick up.... and is anoying because i have several calls from the number.. im scared

They have been crank calling me all day.

I have now received over three calls from this en***y w/i an hour. They **** up  each time before the vm kicks in to avoid it, no doubt.

second time this month, no message.

calls every 15 minutes for two hours straight  when answered the don't say anything

Just called the Paetac # listed above, the female who answered put me onto a computer recording that simply tells you that Paetac is not responsible and to get on the FTC "no call" list, which I ALREADY AM ON!!! NEXT TIME THE NUMBER CALLS, I WILL TAKE THE PHONE AND JUST **** MY WHISTLE INTO IT AS LOUDLY AS POSSIBLE.

401-427-0929 keeps calling every day random times. No one has been on the line. When I held onto it a long time, got someone saying*****o? over and over and no other response. ***g up. This # has appeared in caller id several times over the last few months. "Do not call" lists apparently don't work.

First call was "Unavailable".Lady with strong accent offered free installation of GE Security alarm system.Very hard to understand and kept repeating the same phrases over and over.Claimed "one of 10 homeowners in local area" selected.When I ***g up on them, she called back, this time with caller ID, and had the nerve to ask why I ***g up.Calling on behalf of so****ing like "M S Alarms" in Providence, RI. Alarm system is "free, no catch, cost you not even a penny", but there is a monthly monitoring charge of ~$30/mo. Wanted to have a "local installer" contact me.Ugh. No thanks.My num is on Do Not Call list, will report.

Called my cell during dinner out!

Just got a call from this number myself.  A man with a (seemingly?) indian accent s****ed out by saying that he wasn't trying to sell me anything, then asked if I had smoke detectors (I do).  He then asked if I checked the batteries (I do, religiously).  When he then asked if they made a loud noise when there was a fire, I had enough and ***g up.

If you are getting harassing phone calls from 401-427-0929, contact Paetec Communications at 877-472-3832 and request that the phone calls cease.  I did and spoke with a very polite customer service representative who said he would put my phone number and a 'do not call list'.  Whether this works remains to be seen, but it's a s****.  Paetec is not the caller; they are the 'phone company' which provides telecommunication services to the caller. Perhaps if Paetec gets enough phone calls like mine, it will decide this customer is not worth the aggravation.  Of course, the customer will then find another telecommunication company. Oh, well!

I answered the call (I know people in Rhode Island although I didn't recognize this number - no name in the caller ID) and said "Hello?"The caller said, in response, "Hello?" (Is there an echo in here?) I asked, "Can I help you?" to which he asked "Hello?" a***n. I ***g up, thinking we might have had a bad connection. But the connection sounded fine; the person on the other end was just a ******.He did not call back.

I just a call from this # as well....some foreigh a**-hole claiming to be from GE Securities.  I told him I was on the "Do Not Call List"-he ***g up.  I tried calling it back, but all I got was a recording saying that the "mailbox was full"....I am contacting  the FTC and GE to let them know....

I just got a call from (401) 427-0929. I said*****o and it beeped in my ear a few times, I said*****o a***n and then the phone ***g-up. How *****in annoying.

This # Has called a couple times in the past few days, 1st time said they were calling from G Security and I ***g up, this time they ***g up after a few seconds of noise in the background...I did a # lookup and it says the address is Eddy Street in Providence RI

I received a call from this number at my law office today at 4:43 PM.  I said*****o three times and they ***g up, no answer.  I called back and got a message the mail box is full and not accepting messages.  Obviously a telemarketer.
