Likely spam. The soft-spoken woman who called left a message saying simply -- _____[identifying first name of resident] she just wanted to "check in" but gave a first name (and no last name) that was completely unknown to resident. The message gave this number for resident to call back. Seemed like an obvious effort to engage resident in a conversation leading to a sales effort or even worse, a scam.
