I received a call from this no# saying my company had it's info stolen and they were investigating it. Said there company name was CIL / Central Investigations and Litigations in Block Island, RI. I am a licensed private investigator in Texas. They picked the wrong person to call. I ran this threw my databases. There is no such company. I reversed the phone no#. It is a forwarding phone no# where you call this no# from another no# to make it show as yours. I called back and asked for PI License no# and other info and got ***g up on 3 times. This is a scam. I reported it to the FBI. You should too.

Was asked by Officier Thomas Lincoln (Yeah Right) to call him back at this number because of a legal matter. These calls will appear on your caller ID as being dialed from various states throughout America but the claim their calling from California. Bottom line..... This is a SCAM trying to get you to give them the rest of your social security number and credit card number for some loan that you did not take out. They will not give you the addresss or phone number to the loan company making the claim. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION WHATS-SO-EVER!!!!!! Do not fall for or respond to any threats that they will use a***nst you. They are bluffing to get you to give them money. I have turned this over to my State Attorney General office for investigation.

Talked to this Jack Wagon who wanted me to give a message to a friend of mine who owed them money.  I said I would not and then ***g up .. He called me 3x after and wanted to discuss why not.  ended up telling him to go **** himself and then he called one more time.   Debt collector last attempt to find people by calling a friend of a friend.
