(401) 889-9876

is a scam they try to get you credit card # by saying you won a prize is in spanish most of the time. whe you try to call the # is disconnected.

Got a call a few times from 1(401)889-9876 but chose not to answer.Then today[may.6.09] answered[it was a mashine]and it said congratulations etc..and then went on saying it was an"offer exclusive for Rogers Customer"

Got a call today on my cell at 3:43PM Pacific time.  It was a recording that said contratulations you won a prize.  Press 1 to claim.  I ***g up.

I received a call from this number today. I deal with alot of people out of my area code, so I answered it. It was a recording speaking Spanish to me. I ***g up right away. I added it to my reject list, so hopefully I don't receive anymore.

Mar/13/09 2:***m When I ans. the recording said "congratulations" not sure what I was been congratulated for. It was in english. I ***g u*****ht away. It sounds like I had won so****ing.

I Receiced a call on my cell at 11:10a on 3/12/09. No idea who this is.  When I called back it said that the no. was disconnected.

I just received a call from this # and It said that I had just won a prize and to press the number one. I thought it was a joke and waited, and the phone closed. The message was in spanish by the way.

Got S-E-V-E-N calls from it tonight...saw the first one and did not answer..

i also recieved a call and called back and the recording said that this number is no longer in service

I received an email saying that I had an evoice message from that number. I don't even use evoice.

ya... just got this call on my cell Jan 9 about 7pm PST but I didn't get a chance to answer it, no message ... *** ???

answered in and the person was speakina some language

Someone from this number called me when I tried calling them back received an answering ma****g saying that I should check the number and call a***n to see if i had dialed the right number.

Well i got a call from this number around 12:09 pm. on jan 8 i called back but the same thing as the others, it was disconected , it also said i was calling to rhode island if anyone knows this tell me

I got the same call earlier today when I was at work and when I called back, it said it was disconnected.  I wonder who it is and why are they calling....

I received this call in the evening, I didn't answer and when I called it said the Number has been disconnected. I believe this is one of those people calling using SKYPE or VOIP!I am about to call FBI or CBI about this, because, for the stuff I do I can't really have anyone calling me anytime!

Keep receiving calls from 401-889-9876 and no message left and I never called it back.  No idea who this is or how they received my cell phone number.
