Heyas Frank.  Merry Christmas!    :o) Nice to know I'm not alone in the Idiot Caller boat.  Those guys finally quit calling after I c****ed the work number and dropped a message on the home phone noting the FTC had them listed in a Complaint with their working ph number included.

I get these calls all the time as a friend of mine got a payday loan and used my mobile number as a contact. I think these calls are a riot! I usually cant stop laughing as these callers have such horrible foreign accents that I ask them to repeat themselves many times or I just argue with them for fun and tell them that I live in the USA and that they are illegals and they will be deported. I even I tell them I'm looking for the same person, where are they? they usually end up ****ing up on me. trust me they cant do much to you. Its not too hard to get someones SS number or other information.

Same guys are hounding me, same MO.  I had to have my Work Phone c****ed to stop the callsUsing Filthy Language, horrible stuff...Now they are calling on the Home Phone which is listed under a Roommate's name.  Has anyone figured out how to stop them yet?  I submitted a Complaint with my local Police Dept, my Company Legal Staff and the FTC today.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Jtraviesa they did the same thing to me. Then they called my kids moneys. I don't have any kids. I told them do they want to speak to my lawyer which handle all my affairs and they kept on going around the question. This is a scam! I ask for so****ing in writing too and they won't apply~

I received a message today from this number in reference to my sister.  They said that this matter was in regards to criminal activity and that I was listed as a reference so I must be a relative or a friend and if I didn't have my sister call them and clear up this matter I would be legally liable.  The man on the message stated that his name was Officer Simon Marshall with Central Investigation and left this number.

Received a voice mail today from a Joe Brown from Central Investigation and Litigation stating that I am under investigation on fraud. Then 2 friends of mine called stating that a Joe Brown and a Robert Jacobs were looking for me. When calling they using my nickname and not legal name. When I called back a Paul Walker answered the call then transfered me to a Robert Jacobs who then transfered me to an Officer Michael Williams. All had strong foreign accents. They state that my state does not tolerate fraud and that the allegations a***nst me are serious. They recited my SSN and My Bank Name and Acct number, but stated that they needed my routing number. I asked what this was regarding and they couldn't tell me. I asked who s****ed the investigation and they could not tell me either. They could not tell me anything, but that this will go to court if I do not comply and handle it today. They stated that I have a clean background and never committed a crime and it is in my best interest to comply.  I stated that I need all of this in writing and once I receive it I will work on resolving the issue, however I will not do or confirm anything over the phone. "Officer Williams" stated that he takes that as a refusal and will go ahead with the proceedings. I interrupted to state that I am not refusing working with them, that I demand everything in writing. He repeated in a harsh tone "I am taking this as a refusal and we will go to court" and ****s up the phone.  During all of this, there was a lot of noise in the background, people speaking in foreign language, and cell phones going off. I do not know what this is about. I also know that I am not under investigation, but the fact they know my information and my friend's information is scary.
