We are getting these calls constantly don’t answer we don’t owe Chase credit anything we are debt free How can we stop these calls they never leave a message.

Received 3 calls in 1 day and leaves a 1 second message each time. Did not answer any of the calls and they stopped after 2 days

This is not Chase Card Services. It is yet another company from India s****ing legitimate US companies in an attempt to steal your money. They are rude and they call me 10 to 15 times a day demanding a past due balance that does not exist. I do not even have a Chase credit card. Do not give them any personal information.

Called me today and left an inaudible voicemail. Then I searched the number and got feedback stating they pose as chase bank. Considering today is a federal holiday, I'm calling ********. Fake, scam. Block and move

Fearing it was a scam, I ***g up and called the number on my credit card and just as I thought, there were no issues with my account and payment was not late. I never get through to a person at this number and refuse to enter any information.

As others said, they call as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late as 10:00 p.m. Yes****ay I got 8 calls from them, and other days 3 to 4. They WILL NOT leave a message. Extremely annoying to say the lest:(

Called at wierd hours, would never leave a voice message. Did a people search, came up as Quest Corporation which apparently is affiliated with both Verizon and Direct TV.

From all these posts, I'm****uming it's Chase. I went to my account online and it said my next payment date isn't for a couple of weeks. I don't know why they're so relentless! The runaround is so bad when you call back, that you've forgotten why you've called.

Why do these ****s keep calling? My accounts are all current and I am on the do not call registry...They have nothing I want to buy and I have nothing to give them. Wish these *****s would craw back under the rock which they came out from. Parasites!!!!!!

S****ed calling on a Sunday am at 9:00am.  Would reallly like to sleep in on my day off.  Plus answered phone and no-one there immediatedly.  Then I know it's telemarketer or automated .

Chase AKC Visa calls for a person I do not know and their automated system does not give you an option to talk to a real person to have your phone number removed. Very frustrating to keep getting calls on an overdue bill that does not belong to you.

Wont stop calling and wont leave message

Receiving many calls per day - do not pick up - but have called number appearing on Caller ID back (402-220-4351) and a foreign sounding man answers "hello".  I **** up and will not communicate with these people - just do not  believe a reputable bank such as Chase would be involved in this - but want the FCC to investigate and stop this harra*****t now.

I am not sure if this is Chase, although they called as soon as I opened an account with Chase, this was a presumed call to another person for another enquiry. will contact chase and post a message here.

This number s****ed calling me on Sat. at 7:00 am. They didn't leave a message. They have called 3 times on my only day off.

402-220-4351 was Chase Credit Services w/ an account notification for me.

Calls 20 times a day, s****ing early morning till late at night, 7 days a week. Sometimes one right after another. I won't pick up so it's a waste of their time. If I do pick up I **** it right up so it's a waste of their money too.

It was Omaha Steaks.  I bought from them last year around my parents anniversary, now they won't leave me alone.

Here's a follow-up - try your local or state's Dept of Consumer Affairs.  NYC has theirs online and found the info.  This agency is in clear violations of many restrictions and YES, I am filing a complaint.  GO get them!!

This is harassment and is illegal to call a) so many times a day, b) calling on weekends, c) before 9am in your time zone and d) not leave a message w/info as to who called and a contact phone number.  Depending on your state, call the Attorney General's office and make a complaint.  If enough people contact their respective gov't offices, then maybe the big bad bank will know harassment is NOT acceptable.  If you are going to be complacent then, Goliath will continue to bug the **** out of you and it will just be your own fault.  So unite and contact your gov't offices!

5 years of calls, all times of day, begin at 8:00 until 9:00 Pm , I have reported this is not the phone # of the person they are looking for& talked to the phone co.I am in the do not call list but there are many loop holes. This is not the only company looking for this person (and his wife). Now the calls will come to our cell phones and we will pay for the abuse!

My question is why the***** are you calling my home?

402-220-4351 as mentioned above is Chase's Bill collection, they call when have not paid your account as promised.  It is not a scam or a solicitation.  I am behind on my card by 15 days and the calls will continue until the debt is satisfied or they are given a new number to call.  Yes, sometimes their customers do not update their phone records, but they are operating a business and we deadbeats (not on purpose for most of us) need to understand they are only doing their job.  Yes they are annoying, but than a***n, we didn't complain with all the offers we took.  Have a nice dayOh, and Chase purchased Bank One a**** other banks so you may not even know you have a Chase card.

Continual phone calls with no message possible phone scam.

If they would leave a message I would call back. I don't pick up my phone when I don't know the number, but I would call back if I knew who it was by them leaving a voicemail. It is rude that they call 20 times a day and NOT ONCE do they leave a voicemail..

I get these calls from 102-220-4351 but they never leave a message. If they are going to call at least they should have the common courtesy of doing this.

Have received 27 phone calls from this unknown number in the last 24 hours. Some calls are back-to-back. I do not answer "unknown" phone calls and the source does not leave a message.

actually bill collectors do not leave messages as a technique to collect on debts; There is certain guidelines a collecter must abide by.  This varies though depending if the collector is a 3rd party or first party collection agency. A first party collections agency is the party you financed your vehicle through home or even have a credit card with. A 3rd party is someone that collects on your bad debt after your account charges off when the bank sells your debt to someone else who then takes control of your account.  Once your account charges off and is sold to this 3rd party expect to get some serious threats and even up to going through litigation or even arbitration by not paying back your debt. Collectors do have boundries check the FDCPA (Fair Debt collection practice acts) this is used to prevent harassment when your account falls past due.  If the company is a first party collections agency expect calls all the time as for first party collection agencies have really no boundries when collecting a debt.  This evidence is solid because i am a collector not from this company nor will i reveal who i'm through but i have been in this business and with how bad the economy is doing this is probably the best and most job secured profession with how bad the economy is.

this is chase collecting on a credit card. i accidently missed a payment last month. when i got the new statement and saw the late charge, i realized i had forgotten to make the payment. i made the payment online 3 days ago and they are still calling. they called 3 times on sunday which should be a***nst the law. the statement due date says Dec 15. so even if i didn't make the late payment, they shouldn't be calling if i have a due date. the calls are very annoying but i just don't answer. if they don't stop calling, i'm going to find someone at chase to complain to. :)

I think they are chase. They are crazy, will call untill you drop. You know what I've done. I have a blackberry, in the setting menue I forward all the phone calls to a number whic don't exist, and when I push the ignor ****on, it anounces that the # doesn't exit and they think it is a disconnected #. If they s**** calling you good luck they will not let go.

I received numerous calls from this number on Nov. 3rd.  I didn't answer them.  However, the following day, I received 7 calls from 302-220-4351.  I did answer and told them that the individual they were looking wasn't at the number they were dialing.  Each time they said they would remove the number, but never did.  I spoke with Chase today, and they said that no one had called regarding any of our accounts.

I too am getting repeat calls from this number.  I am glad lists like this exist. I just entered this number as a contact into my phone with the name DO NOT ANSWER so I don't bother with it

Unbelievable! This sounds widespread - I too received several calls.Soon as I can find out how to block this number, I will.Also Beware! my wife got an email stating that there were 3 invalid attempts to log in to her account and they need to verify this - The kicker is - she doesn't have a Chase accoun***he links lead her to a log in, thereby giving these scammers the info they want.Tell your friends and relative about new scam, and if you do have a Chase account, call the company to report this . . .

This number had awaken us at a little after 6 am to disturbing us at work quite a number of times. It does have an answering ma****e id saying chase bank Omaha, NE, as many people and reverse phone id have indicated in  many emails listed on chats about this phone number and its indiscriminant calling even if you are not the person you get victimized without recourse or the op. to clear your number with them. This is very poor advertising for chase bank if indeed it is them. They ask for a particular person each time, who doesn't have this number and doesn't live here (never has). If anything can be done to improve their services and give people op to not receive call from them it would be great. i also get calls from a service that is id as "unavailable" that has called me several days in a row. Enough folks!

I have received MANY calls from this number, I have even received calls on my cell phone, and they leave a message and that burns up my minutes... That I dont have to burn. and also they have called my home phone. I wish they would go away.

One of my friends has the following message when anyone calls and she is not home, OR whenever these annoying Chase people and telemarketers call - which is every hour on the hour.....Here is her messsage........"Hello, Due to the high call volume from telemarketers and increased callers who don't leave messages, No one is available to take your call. Kindly leave YOUR phone number, Your CELL phone number and the MOST inconvenient time of YOUR day to call you back and I will gladly call and have an automated message just for you.  Folllow ALL of the prompts ......and finally, don't forget to wait for the beep".

I've gotten three phone calls from this number just this morning and it's EXTREMELY annoying. The one at about 8 am did not leave me very happy. I just haven't answered the phone, but I'm going to the next time they call and, put simply, I'm not going to be very nice, whether it's just an automated ma****e or not. My caller I.D. just says "Ne***ska" on it any time they call...If the calls continue I'm reporting it to someone, I just can't *stand* them anymore.

these people are connected with CHASE Manhattan Bank and are trying to collect on a delinquent credit card account... they will call up to 8 times in a 24-hr. period... if you have caller ID, just don't answer the phone call instead of aggravating yourself talking with them!

I am receiving phone calls from this number in reference to a credit card account for someone with my last name but not a first name of anyone I know.  I have never had an account with Chase Bank and do not known this person.  Calls are annoying and ther is no way to speak to anyone, it is all automated.
