After I received a call and subsequent voicemail from this number about purchase verification, I called my bank they called about and they confirmed it was a legit call. They contract out their contact center as they are a small bank that doesn't have 24 hour support. However, always be cautious and call your bank if you feel sketchy about any phone call like this
