Leave a CommentWorks with a fake cargo company, has your business get some product s for him, pays for them (probably with stolen cc) , then has the fake cargo company contact you for payment saying that they will pick up and ship the products for you. They say they only accept wire transfer to their bank in CT. We didn't fall for it but watch out.
Scammer wanted us to process a large sale with an invoice for us to ship to a courier service for his family on the "Island." Was very fishy
Trying to make large purchase but wants to send courier and does not want to submit payment online. Total scam artist making up stories about being the hospital and trying to ship goods to his sisters wedding in Australia
Same story- emailed my store, wantedn to buy $1000+ in product, but wont buy online. Gave local address- home is owed by a nice lady and she has never heard of this fellow. SCAM! Do not even acknowledge this crook! Kalamazoo Olive, St. Petersburg, FL -JAMES/Ower
received an email with the name Travis Martin and this telephone number to my business. Has a story of wanting to purchase a lot of product but doesn't like to do transactions via internet. Wants an invoice and courier will pick up products at my "store". Of note, I don't have a brick and mortar and it is quite obvious on my website. Steer clear of this scam.
Emailed our store trying to make a shady purchase. Avoid...
Typical email scammer. Emailed wanting an order and supplied no address and wanted to send a courier and pay with a credit card that is presumably stolen. Supplied this number through skype.
