It is a collection agency. I've been getting calls from them for hospital bills that I have been slowly paying off for a year. I was told that they have to call and "remind" us that we have that bill, even though it is taken directly out of my account.

Darlene left a message for me to call back at an 800 number. I****ume it is a collection agency of some kind as I have been working out paying an outstanding medical bill with the doctor's office.

Called 1 time, rang twice, I answered, they ***g up.  I said*****o twice,  I could hear them in the background, but they never replied and then ***g up.  I think they are collecting for an ultrasound bill (which i never recieved until I got the collection notice)
