It is Merchant Credit Advisors. For me they are calling on old medical bills. However, it isn't very legit because I'm actually paying on these bills directly to the medical provider and they work with West****et Management as their collection agency and not MCA - so this all seems odd to me. Especially because they call from one number but ask you to call back to another number that appears to be a cell - I think it is a SCAM!!
