Leave a CommentThis is actually the Al Franken campaign, for real. And they have really nice staffers. Even when I can't afford to contribute anything, I try to answer the calls and ask them how the campaign is going. Al Franken is an amazing senator and deserves all the support we can muster. His priority is representing his cons***uents. He actually listens to them, interacts with them, and educates them on what's going on in Washington, in real terms, with absolute honesty. This is not a spam call, I recommend picking up and chatting with Al's staff to see what's going on with our honorable Senator from Minnesota. And if you're inclined, give a dollar or two. He's worth it, even if you disagree with him.
These people call me a few times a week. They are harrassing *****ey're on my blocked call list but it still rings my phone oncebefore it's s***ted off. It's a hassle. I want them to STOP@!!
Really! They called me and pretended to be from the Al Franken Campaign (the guy Norm Coleman lost to). I wonder why they bother? They did ask some odd questions, stuff that's public record, like occupation and employer. Usually I get that in the pledge paperwork. And asked for a larger than usual pledge amount. It could be it's a phone bank company that works for both. I guess I'll wait and see...if I get a new pledge envelope then it was legit. Anyway, HA-HA! We won!
