I got a call from this number asking for my name. Immediately they ***g up. Who are they? Are they trying to verify the number abd name???? does anyone know what's all about?

What are they?My number is registered to Do Not Call Registry but they called me!!!Actually in past 48 hours, I received 3 phone calls from unknown numbers.One of them was from this number and other 2 were from****-933-5897.I wondered they are same company.Oh,I didn't answered 2 calls from the other numbers but I answered from this one and THEY KNEW MY NAME!!!I couldn't get what the guy said completely but I thought he was asking me about health insurance.I had requested imformation from some companies before but IT WAS LIKE 1 YEAR AGO!!!But anyways,I said "I don't know what you are talking about" then he ****ed up.I really hope any of telemarketers never call me a***n.
