Had the same low life folks call me with the same BS. and I am also on the laughable no call list etc. I only wish that the home/personal phone numbers of the crooked politicians, phone company executives, the telemarketing ***s doing it and anyone else connected in letting this **** go on could be published to where mad folks could return the favor!
SCAMMER> Pre-recorded "Stacy" offering lower rate on credit card. Pressed 3 to be added to their DNC list, & recorded msg res****ed. So I pressed 1 to be connected to a person and got disconnected. I have no credit cards, am on Nat'l DNC, have an unlisted number I refuse to give out to businesses, and work nights. From what I've gathered on other sites regarding this number, it's a ham-handed attempt to get you to tell them your credit card numbers and any other personal information you may be ****** enough to divulge. Alas, the calls are persistant even if the scam is transparent. Don't answer the phone in the first place.
A recorded message about lowering intereast rates. What s***! As I always say, if you have lower rates then lower them! Wish so****ing could be done to catch this s*** and put them away.
