The federal telemarketing law has not been repealed.  This type of call is illegal.  I received a similar call from another company.  I told the caller if he called me one more time, I was going to call the state attorney general general.  I have not received a call from this company since that time.  I have yet to see anyone in this thread mention the attorney general of their state.

Report them to the police. Thats how you can stop the calls. D:<

I am getting this unsolisited phone call from the above number. How can I stop these pone calls. I cann be in a meeting at work and get them etc. They want to lower my creadet card rates, which they cannot do because I have no balance on credit cards.How do I stop these calls

My phone tells me that the number is from Omaha, NE. Seems to be a lot of calling centers out there because this isn't the first number from Omaha that has called me with this fake ****. The call I got from this number told me to call them or press 1 to get a lower interest rate of 6.9% on my credit card.

If congress really wants to help, they would make computerized solicitation calls like this illegal.   Not only are they annoying everyone, but they also fail to give someone employment when unemployment is skyrocketing!Have enough respect for me to at least hire someone to dial my number!!!

This person called me 2 times in the last month, lucky I wasn't around to pick up my phone, so I had no hassle with this person, I think it is wrong that telemarketers can call your private phone and bug u to bye there product!!!

This same number called my cell phone.  Luckily I DID NOT ANSWER.  The number came up on my display.  Since I did not recognize it, I did not answer.  I agree.  I real nuisance!

This is a scam. There after info for id theft. please report this number to the phone carrier it came threw. Thats why they would call you not knowing your a do not call... Beware protect your self. Call the CC company's and have your accounts c****ed.

They get your number anywhere from Craigs List to your work.  I'm a realtor and have my cell number posted on real estate sites ONLY...so obviously they pay stay-at-homer's to 'mine' phone numbers from everywhere.

Yeah I picked up and didn't hear s**t.... My phone said I was connected to the caLl but didn't hear s**t.... Called back said thank u for calling if I'd like to be put on ther do not call list press 1 I didn't press anything just waited then said so****ing and then just didn't hear anything a***n... Just jung up I mean I don't know why people are getting angry its not like it wasted more than ten seconds for you to realize the bs idk not that annoying unless u get multiple phone calls from random companies everyday.... I didn't answer call but seen I had a missed call from this number.  This is on my company owned cell phone.  Obviously they are just calling any phone they want to, and I doubt they even care about the do not call listing.  I don't see that anyone got a name from the company, so I would****ume it's a scam to get personal info.  Don't fall for it, you'll be sorry!!!

Yeah, I got this sh*t as well. I knew it was a fake the moment I listened to the computerized junk on it "Hello this is ...so and so  sh*t company." "We're here to tell you bout your credit card issues!" "Currently you have zero issues!" "But it is urgent you call us back to help lower your intrest rates!" ...I have half a mind to turn this sh*t into the Better Buisness Bureau...cause my number shouldn't appear on a blacklist like that. I think my moms had it blocked a while ago.

This phone number is calling a 16 year olds cell phone.  I asked to have his number put on the do not call list.  They better.  How the***** did they get his phone number.  He does not have any credit cards.

I just missed a call from here.  I never answer unkown numbers anyway.A lot of you are getting angry, I just sigh and relax, life is too short anyway.Also, you should be smarter than to answer unknown numbers, so fault on you, too.Anyway, phone numbers are gleaned, bought, sold, and traded between companies all day long, all over the world.  If you don't know this, a***n, your fault.Keep your personal info protected at all times, get on the national do not call list on your own, get on the national no junk mail list on your own.  Do a few minutes of research and save yourself some points on your blood pressure test.
