Caller ID said Service Message from 402-982-0492. No message left and phone rang once. Second call from this number. Anyone have idea what this is

The phone number called at 11:51 AM on 8/17/10. Caller ID says "Service Message". No message left on my v/m, as usual with these types of calls!!?? If they don't leave a message, how are you supposed to know *** they want you for??? Just a **** phishing for my personal ID or so****ing, I guess!!!

As it turns out the "Reverse Lookup FREE" is also a bate and switch SCAM. Free to them doesn not mean free, they want a fee.

Called 4/26 and ***g up before the first ring was complete. Phone caller I.d. did not catch it but fios home****istant did. Showed up as an international call.
