I am in Australia, keep getting calls from a blocked number, they say nothing and than a computer generated voice says goodbye and they **** up. Does anyone know what this is about? Is it some knid of scam?

Called at 8:30pm on Feb 10th. Immediately ***g-up once I answered. I "believe" that this is the same number that has also called me at 4am occasionally - not cool when your parents are older.

received call at 1:41am, no message left.  402 area code is Ne***ska.

Got the call at 9:45pm...dead air..then a computer voice said "good bye"402 982 0506hamilton

I got this call at 23:40 no answer and then **** up. I am in ***mpton. since I know this number is calling, then I have added it to my blocked numbers list. do the same

got the same call at 12:35 last night, scared us as we were fast asleep.  This number has come up before but never at night.  How can we stop this?

Looks like they're targeting the Hamilton area at this ungodly hour.  12:38am for me.  Not impressed at all.  I called back but the voice on the other end said that the party is not answering...please try a***n later.  Must be nice to not be answering after scaring all of us!!

i sit in silence and ask "hello" and all i hear at the end is "thankyou" in a creepy computer voice, then they **** up.. the number also has this V01222208540012 before the 1402982-0506 which shows up on my caller id. THey called at 11 o clock at night. When everyone was sleeping.

Answered call and there was no response, repeated "Hello?" several times - silence.
