Call the FTC at 1-877-FTC-HELP (382-4357) and file a complaint.
Got a call here in Lexington, KY. Have an option to press 1 for an operator and 2 to be removed from their service. Pressed 1 and spoke to a "representative," asked to be taken off the list and he proceeded to **** up. It's an Omaha, NE number according to my iPhone.Anyone gonna report this to the BBB?

Message from Credit Card Services. Says press 1 to speak to someone about lowering your rates or press 2 to be removed from this list. They called 3 the first 2 times I pressed 2 and got discounted. The last time I pressed 1 and some guy answered so I asked him to please be removed from his list he ***g up on me.
