Leave a CommentGeorge or Quid Corp in General. There is so much out there claiming you are a scam. If not and all is what you say it is, you all like any company need to post and have valid consumers that can prove their own business dealings with Quid Corp are true and produced and amount of monies form your efforts. Names such as Paul Henry, Mike Botelho and others.Give the rest of the world proof of your success. Businesses do this in support of their services and should too..
Think you need to recall the BBB I just did and it wasn't a good rating at all!!!!!!!!!

I sleep very well at night thank you. None of these blogs that have been written have come from clients. These blogs come from people who did not qualify for a grant because they lied to us on their application for whatever reason. These foundations will find out everything about you before they fund. Just like a bank they want to know your finances before they gift you six figures.. Also these blogs come from ex employees that were terminated for misrepresenting the company. A grant is free, but the services for writing, resear****g and processing these grants is not free. If anyone wants to apply for a grant they can certainly do it on their own. If you ask anyone that has applied for a grant on their own will tell you how difficult it is. QUID CORP provides a service and they do everything they say they are going to do...Enough said....
Hello George,I do not expect you to know everything...however, when I went into deep ****ysis of your company nothing checked out to be right. Why is it that on Google maps your Pecos Rd in Henderson is located in a residential area. Or when I contacted Mark Smith your financial guy the voice mail was of a women. And your voicemail was of a man named Jay. There are too many coinsidences that are like this. Not to mention, why is it that the average consumer according to the better business bureu looses between 25,000 to 45,000 when dealing with your company. Peculiar, you said I would only have to invest 3,200 which does not guarantee anything except that your company will write proposals for me. What I don't understand is how you sleep at night knowing you are taking away consumers hard earned cash and making promisses you can't necessarily keep!!! Good luck to you in your ACTING career...
I have worked at QUID CORP for nine months. Sometimes questions are asked that I do not have the answer for. We have managers for situations like this. I resent the fact that you LAURA P. would do this to the company that you were all for until you asked me this question.. I do not know everything and the fact that I actually did not know should have given you a clue that we are legite.. It is to bad the world looks for ways to find a way out of bettering their lives than to look at the possibilities.
I received a call from Quid Corp the man who called me name is George. there are several numbers that called me...the first one is (702) 522-9987 when I called this number back it said that this number does not exist. The message george left said to contact him at (702) 522-9999 ext 282 when I called this number the message was for a man named Jay not George. Two very distinctive voices (the message left by George is not the same voice as on the answering ma****e). I was pre-qualified for up to 250,000 in grant money within a 24 hour period. It sounded too good to be true so I decided to dig a little deeper. I contacted the better business bureau they said they are a lagitimate company with a standing rating of B- she also said that on average companies loose anywhere in between 25,000 to 45,000 dollars and have lost up to 75,000. She also stated that if the company was listed as a business consulting office their standing rate would be much lower. The number I contacted was (702) 320-4500 (better business bureu). I also contacted Nevada's economical development office and they stated that if we wanted to apply for grants we should not go through a company that is not in our area. They dirrected me to the secretary of state's office> I contacted them and they stated that the company has a license and is in business...but WILL NOT AND CANNOT preapprove any grant money with out first writing a proposal. According to quid corp i was pre-qualified for 250,000. I think it is a scam. Once I s****ed asking questions to quid corp about the companies 10k financial report the representative George got nervous and did not have a clue how to answer me, A publicly traded company must have their financials readily available for the public to view. Usually this information can be found on the companies website under about us > Ivestment > Investors Information or Relations > 10k report. This report demonstrates a companies financial history like (income statement, statement of cashflows, shareholders and steakholders information ect...) this will give the reader a better understanding of how a companies operational structure is and how many grants they fund in a year. When I asked about this the rep George had no idea what I was talking about. It is my personal and professional opinion as an accountant THAT THIS IS A SCAM!!!
SO WHAT DID YOU DO? DID YOU GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM?
lol 10k doesnt sound free to me! sounds about right for grant writing tho
I received the scam message from Michelle Seburn at Quid Corp 877-330-7843 Henderson NV 89074end of March 2010 for free grant money cost $3200 balance due $6400If it sounds to good to be true it probably is!
SCAM message about grants available for my business. Appearently, a robocall company [Citistream Communications] who was paid byQuid Corp. 9089 S. Pecos Road, Suite 3600, Henderson, NV 89074, Phone: (877) 330-QUID (7843) Call did not contain info mandated by FCC: filed complaint: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.doTelemarketing calls to business telephone lines generally are not prohibited. Neither the National Do-Not-Call Registry nor company-specific do-not-call requests apply to business lines. Likewise, most restrictions on the use of prerecorded telemarketing messages do not apply to business lines. Nonetheless, the FCC's rules protect businesses from unreasonable telemarketing practices by: * prohibiting the use of automatic dialing systems to tie up, at the same time, two or more telephone lines at a multi-line business; * prohibiting prerecorded messages from “seizing” a telephone line (failure to disconnect within five seconds after the calling system is notified that the called party has ***g up);* requiring all prerecorded messages to include certain identifying information (at the beginning of the message identify the business, individual, or other en***y responsible for the call; during or after the message provide the telephone of the business, individual or other en***y responsible for the call); * prohibiting “war dialing” (using any technology to dial a telephone number to determine whether the line can receive faxes); and * limiting call “abandonment” by telemarketers to no more than 3% of all telemarketing calls over a 30 day period (failure to connect a telemarketing call to a live sales representative within two seconds). Some of these violations are especially difficult to investigate because they often involve calls in which the perpetrator, or even the precise activity, is not easily identified. The more details you are able to provide, the greater the likelihood that the FCC will be able to determine whether a violation has occurred and could lead to an enforcement action.
SCAM message about grants available for my business. I was wat****g an on-line product training video at the time, so when the robo-call invited me to press 1 to speak to a representative I did so. Some guy picked up and asked how he could help me. I allowed him to listen in on the Cisco training video. Don't think he got much out of it, though. After a couple of minutes he ***g up in disgust. If he ***g in there he might have learned so****ing about the Cisco line of security appliances. His loss.
Same thing with me -- call, no message. I figure it's demon-dialing and a sales call of some kind.
