402-998-5021 is a scam number, presumably created to check if a phone number is available or not available. If someone answers, it's possible that their number goes into a robocall database. Here is what I found: this number was supported by Qwest Corp, now called CenturyLink. When I complained to CenturyLink, I was informed that it was listed as a Skype number and I should contact a Skype representative. (Have you ever tried getting ANY kind of help through the Skype website? NOT user friendly for anyone wishing to file any sort of complaint.) I reported all of my findings to the FCC.

Said sorry wrong number. Obviously trying to confirm live numbers for future spam calls.
This is a business line --- Caller sates "hello?" Before you say anything and follows with "I'm sorry, I think I have the wrong number" ---- It's a recording. Possibly compiling a list of those who answer the phone.
Presumed Spam. No message left; caller I.D. says only "UNKNOWN NAME."
