Yea, 403 is a Calgary number, and seeing as I live here, I always pick up the call (their number c****es, I got a 205 area code from the same people today).These *******s have called me literally 5-10 times a wee****  I flipped out on the guy today and told him that they better remove me from their calling list (the 20th time I have asked them to remove me) or I will pursue legal action for harassment.  That seemed to freak the guy out and he apologized about 100 times.

Received aonymous prerecorded call on cellphone stating "Congratulations you have just won $2600 travel dollars.  To receive press "1".  Has anyone heard if by pressing "1" opens your line to long distance fraud?

Got a call on my Telus/Mike mobile on Sa****ay and on my Bell just a few minutes ago. Same message*****o you've just won $2600 travel dollars press one now....  Th one on Sa****ay was from the 403 number and the one today said Quebec on the caller ID. I ***g up both times $5200 travel dollars poorer.

Same deal as mentioned above, but I wanted to add that it seems to be flooding Koodo(Telus) vmail systems to the point it's hard to get through.  I only had one message so I can't believe it would be related to my own account.

As posted, pre-recorded msg, "You've won 2000 travel miles, press 1 to claim" (**NOTE: _NOT_ "airmiles" ... they are not affiliated with this scam).So, as I have done in the past, I pressed "1" and hoped to be connected to someone, whom I could convince to tell me the name of this outfit, or be transferred to their boss, or ask to be taken off the calling list.  Well, that took me straight to dead air.  I hope they call back so I can blast them! :-)Checking out the cnac.ca website, it is a Canmore, AB number****igned to CLEC - BELL WEST.  Almost sure that this is going to be a VOIP account, so it could really be coming from anywhere.

I got the call and then an hr later my gf got a call from the same number, as we are from BC we were like ***, who do we both know that lives in alberta and the answer was no one so I looked the number up online and found this site.....bu***hit.

Got a call telling me I've won **** travel dollars and asked I press 1. **** up. Is there a way to track back these telemarketers and cut the line off?

Got a call today; didn't answer as I was in class...I spent some precious minutes checking voicemail on the way home though, grrr!

got a call from this number today, and I am sick and tired of Telus and their phone calls.  When they give us high s***d internet and get rid of their crummy dialup, then maybe I'll talk to them.  Until then when they call, I'll be saying NO THANKS to everything they offer.  I hope they read this.

Called my cell phone, waited for voicemail to kick in but left no message. Judging by the rest of the complaints made just today there is a huge scam in progress. Hopefully more people know not to answer unknown numbers.

Just got a call from this number - Sept. 14th @ 4:42pm.Pre-recorded message that states: "Hello, you just won..." and then I ***g up.

I only won $2500 travel dollars... the people who won $2600 are the lucky ones

I just received a recorded announcement on my cell phone, caller id 4036211071 saying that I just won 2000 travel airmiles ....I've discoved the provided is Bell West & it is out of Canmore Alberta.  So if this is a scam... Bell West should be alerted

Received a few calls from this number, no message left as 'The Telephone Zapper' did it's job.

Yeah, i got the missed call from the same number 403 621 1071 and they told me i won 2600 travel dollar and to press 1 now so i googled this number and found this "who calls me from" site.

I missed the call. No message. I decided to look up the number and found this. Glad I did not answer.

Got a call in Manitoba. Did not say hi, just yelled that I won. What a bunch of **********! I ***g up. Thing is, if I did not answer, it would be on my Voice Mail. Then I would have to go to all the trouble to erase the message!

i got the call but did not answer it as i was out of country. left a blank voice message. then i proceeded to check it out on the internet and found this site. i however am not on the do not call list so i dont know how they got my number

just got the same call. this outfit is cir***venting the do not call list by calling into this alberta company and redialing our numbers.we need gov't intervention to shut this number down....

Also got a call.  I pressed 1 to give them an earful, as my phone number is on the (joke of a) Ca***ian Do Not Call List.  When I told thick-accent-lady such, she said she was not calling from Ca***a, and so****ing about transferring ... then I got another recording saying that my number had been put on their Do Not Call List.

called me today.  Was a recorded message that said (paraphrasing): congratulations you won, this offer is only available to telus customers, press 1 to claim your prize.  I just ***g up, not sure if you can get a person if you play along.

just called the number back and it was a recording asking me to enter my phone number as verification to win a free trip.
