I too was called from this number, and for some reason decided to answer their silly unrelated questions.  what does air quality have to do with recylcing I do not know, I probably would have ***g up but the guy seemed like a nice little Phillipino man, and I just didnt have the heart to **** up on him.  After the short list of questions I got a phone call the very next day telling me I had won and could pick from three prizes: a rice cooker, some food storage device or a vacation.  I didn't want to give them any more personal information other than my last name (which I guessed they probably already had anyways) but when they asked for my spouses name, that is when I told them I was not interested and to have a good night.  Sounds like they were trying to sell me some ****py air purifier thingy.  if I wanted a ****py air purifier thingy I would go to Sears or Wallmart and buy one!

I had that same call for the survey to answer about "air quality" and "recycling in your home" and then was put into a "random draw".  A lady called me back a few days later telling me that I won and could choose between a couple prizes.  I think they follow the exact same scrip. She began to ask my husbands name and our house address.  I didn't give her any info but did ask for her phone number. She gave me the 403-648-3978 number and I put her on hold and tried calling that number with my cell phone.  It simply rang and rang until someone picked up and ***g up.  These guys have nothing better to do than to use their useless ***ins and try to scam people.  I suggest everyone should be careful whenever doing a survey or gets a call for a random prize.  There are tons of scams out there so just know the signals and keep yourself protected.  Goodluck!

I have also received several calls from this number, but have not picked up the phone as I don't recognize the number.  I also added my number to the site you just mentioned "Do not call" and am now receiving calls from the states.  Apparently someone has leaked a list of these numbers to companies in the States and they can't be touched.  So beware about adding your number to this site.

I have had 5 calls from the 403-648-3978 and 403-770-0522 asking me to take a survey.On the 4th call (second call in the same day) I talked to a manager and was taken off their call list apparently.  I just received a call today (Aug 24, 2010) wanting me to do a survey first question "do you recycle at your home?".I have just complained with the Ca***ian do not call list and have placed my number on the Ca***ian Do Not Call List.  If you are in Ca***a I suggest you do the same.  Their web site is www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca.Good luck everyone.

They called back. I asked who they were and it's Breathe EZ Homes. They want to sell you a humidifier/air purifier, but they can't solicit you because of the new telemarketing solicitation laws. I too got a call from this random number last week. They asked me "survey" questions but that seemed to have no relationship to one an other. The lady also didn't mention what the results were going to be used for. Since the questions were harmless (eg "do I think air pollution is a problem") I answered them all and ***g up. Today the lady called my husband and rambled about winning our choice of 3 prizes, a rice cooker, a set of knives or a vacation/trip (for the same price as a rice cooker?) all because of a survey I answered. They wanted to send a Calgary based employee to our house and my husband was confused enough to let it slip where we lived. She mentioned that they wanted to sell us some other product while they came to deliver the prize. I've tried to call back to cancel, but just get a busy signal. This reads scam all over it and needless to say we won't be home for the high pressure salesman that's bound to be waiting. Don't bother answering the bogus survey and let your family know not to let them over if they call back. I'm phoning the provider of this number to lodge a complaint tonight.

They called me a few days ago and I did the survey...just called me back to say i could choose one of 3 prizes  that i had one for completeing the survery...I said that usually this is a scam and too good to be true. She****URED me there was no hidden scams and they would send me the hotel vouchers. After i gave her my address she wasnted my husbands name for the trip...I said what if I dont want to bring my husband on the trip???lol...I refused to give her my husbands name. then after that information was given she said one of her clagary employess would personally deliver the package and show me some ' word of mouth' advertising on another product. I freaked on her for lying and asked for her manager...she then put me on hold and came back saying she was another girl...after arguing with her she put me on hold and picked up the phone sayoong...'*****o you have reached telus"...can you beleive this?? i said I was going to report her after telling me the owner wasnt there and the other managers werent availaable and she ***g up on me...The number she called from was 403.648.3978
