October 15,2010I also received a call from this # and when I called it back, same thing - not in use... So.. dunno???

Received call on cell, didn't recognize the number therefore I didn't pick up

"Because you are a preferred Westjet customer... please press 1 to claim your prize" Need­less to say, I have never flown Westjet.

They said the had an offer because i was a west jet preferred customer, press one then asked me if I was 25, i said yes then I asked "is this westjet" she replied "no sir, goodbye.

Called my Cell...Didn't answer.

Got the same thing. It's a scam.

Received the call, didnt answer, called it back multiple times and get the busy signal. Looked it up on google and now I see I was better off not answering it. xD

This number called me too, no idea who it was so I didn't answer.. Glad I didn't.

Cay **** so****ing, affiliated with RCI, a condiminium time share company. Scam. They wanted my CC number within a minute

It was for a promotion for 'west jet' and you press 1 and goes to a person but they won't let you ask questions. Gl­ad I have caller ID.

I received several missed calls from the number late in the evening. So I decided to Google the number. I live in Regina, and I found out that it's a scam scheme that goes on here in Regina. I always ignore such calls.

just got the call on my cell. didn't pick up because i didn't recognize the number. glad i didn't after reading this thread. i hate these kinds of calls.

same deal got a "because you are westjet prefered customer" I did push 1 and spoke to a time share salesman. they operate as Cancun Calling and mypremiervacations.com

Got a call from 1-403-967-1221.  They did not leave a message.  I called the number and it says it's not in service.

I got the "westjet" call.  Pressed "1" so I could tell them not to call me.  It rang and rang, eventually disconnected.  So no satisfaction there.

just got  a call from the same number, didn't understand the caller, but said i would receive a free gift if i pressed #one.  of course i didn't.  sick of those calls.

The company is called "Cancun Calling" and they attempt to sell you a holiday at a resort in Mexico.  Likely a huge scam.

I got a call from this number at 3:58 pm EST. Anyone else a Rogers customer?

THIS IS A SCAM which involves RANDOM DIALING. No one gave out or sold your phone number, it is just a bot dialing random numbers until they get one that works. Air Ca***a and WestJet are NOT affiliated or involved in any way. They are aware of the issue and investigating it.

They called me at lunch hour. I didn't know that number. I didn't answer.

this is the second call I got from one of these fake numbers. GRRR!

Got woken up 8:30am by this spam call, but having received at least one of these spam calls a month I didn't pick up.  Wonder which *****f**ker gave out my number to these parasites

Same thing here. Internet search says its a non-published landline from Red Deer Alberta. Call back and its out of service. Probably another US telephone spammer looking for a few cents to pay for a bit of dog food for lunch. Pretty low when you have to go to these lengths to cloak your caller id. Hope you get lots of Purina today.
