I just got a call this morning from this phone number, the caller ID showed the name Walter Hargrove, threatenened me not to **** up because should the call drop, there could be a warrant for my arrest for an NSF check from 1994 which I had no knowledge of, said they wanted $700 dollars right away and wanted my checking account number.  They had my full name, social security number and my physical address. It has been the most intimidating call and the threats were more serious since they actually called and left a message for me at my parents home in a city which I have never lived in.  Total different city and county.

My son received a letter from these people with the addressRSI Claims Processing Services, LLC2483 Heritage Vilage, Suite 16-324Snellville, GA 30078Said as long as he pays $1330.00 it will be accepted as full and complete settlement of $6589.00 and that he will be released from all claims and liabilities.  The company referenced is Ultimate Electronics in which my son had purchased equipment and returned it. It was removed from his credit several years ago.  I called and provided my opinion on this matter and was ***g up on.
