This person texted me asking me to service a surprise birthday party for his wife. Told me he wanted to pay me by sending me a cashiers check to my address. (RedFlag) I asked if that was the only payment he was comfortable using and he said he and his wife share a joint bank account and he wanted to surprise her without her guessing. After asking him twice how he heard about me and no answer, I called him and it went straight to voicemail. My husband called, same thing. So I decided to search him on Facebook, then here and I’m glad I did. I don’t know what he’s on but I immediately blocked him. Up to no good.

Tried scamming me with paying me via a cashiers check and asked for money in return. Thankfully I knew about this type of scam beforehand and DIDNT deposit it because I know it’ll bounce.
