OK!NEVER EVER talk to Ms.Right!she is supervisor.I am pregnant and she gave me so much stress.she is the worst human being i ve ever dealed with.She was incredible rude and **** up on me like i am a little kid!just terrible

I spoke to a lady by the name of Ms Wright and she was wonderful. She explained my charges and helped me pay my bill. I was even able to get my paid in full letter faxed so I could sign a new lease. She is the best!!!

She's a credit collector named 'Julia' with a company called NCS and she's absolutely a terrible human being who will 'tune you out' (her words) if you try to talk to her about your situation.
