My mother-in-law received a call from this number earlier today. The man initially stated that he was from Publisher's Clearing House and that she had won a large sum of money. The man wanted her to the go to Western Union and send $199 to ******ia. When the man was asked where he was located, he stated he was working for a gaming commission and lottery company in Las Vegas, NV. I then heard a man in the background telling the man on the phone what to say. At this point the man s****ed getting his story mixed up and said he was from Publisher's Clearing House a***n. At first the man was very professional on the phone. After I told him that this was a scam he then got defensive and tried to convince us that this was not a scam. He said that when she got the Western Union receipt then her money would be delivered by UPS but that it was coming from Publisher's Clearing House. This phone call was a total scam!
