This is a foreigner who can barely speak English. He kept asking where I was calling from.

I called with my ID on

This phone number was used in a scam. When the person used this phone number, he stated he was Thomas Dorsey of NetCash or NetCash USA. The person is a scammer, he scammed me out of money saying I was getting a loan. I should have known, but was a little ******. Don't have anything to do with someone using this phone number (404-462-4298). Not saying this particular person is the scammer. The caller was foreign (Indian maybe).
