Anyone know how to stop them from calling? It's getting pretty annoying.

I believe this is the AJC newspaper.  If you ever use any service provider for anything and give them your phone number, that provider is allowed to continue to call you even if your number is on the do not call list as you are now "a customer".  So in this case I once suscribed to the newpaper and later cancelled and now they call back every now and then asking if I will take them up on a new deal.  I now have the number blocked, so it just gets canceled and unanswered and they never leave a messsage as their pressured sales pitch is no good if recorded.  The do not call list does you no good in this kind of situation.  Good luck folks and keep reporting those unwanted calls so we know who they are!!

AJC sales harrassing calling 6 - 7 times a day!

I've s****ed getting calls from this number and the person(s) calling never leave a message. When I called the number back I got a message on a voicemail system stating the company name as "A Marketing Resource" that is a vendor specializing in newspapers, cable and utilities. My phone number is on the Do Not Call list so I'm not sure why they are calling me. I left them a message notifying them of this and instructing them to put me on their Do Not Call list if these were sales or promotional calls and asking them to please leave a message if this was a legitimate business call. We'll see if the calls stop or if they leave a message identifying who or what they are calling for.
