This has to stop!!! The do not call registry doesn't seem to want to pursue any legal action. These telemarketers are relentless and RUDE.

Recorded call says my warranty is about to expire. I have no warranty to expire. It's a scam. I signed up for the DON'T CALL list - why am I getting these calls?

We have been getting these calls as well.  I just filed a complaint on the Do Not Call website.  Maybe if enough people file complaints action will be taken.  Same thing happens, when I pick up it sounds like someone coughs and then it disconnects.  Previous calls I have requested not to call.  Obvioulsy don't care.  I say keep complaining.  From now on I will either pick up and **** up immediately or ignore the call.

We are fed up with these phone calls.. Warranty experation, modify your loans etc. Filled on do not call list! But still getting those calls.. Who is Latino International??? I worry about any personal information they maybe able to get. Since I also have my internet connect to my phone??? Any advise from anyone????

Platino Inter-states this is the last call to inform me that auto warranty is about to expire. I have never dealt with them, don't have auto warranty about to expire.

Getting calls from Platino Interprise from this number 404-537-0502, this number came in on 4/21 4:10 PM saying warranty has expired. Asked which car because I knew it hadn't, they ***g up. They call a***n, didn't answer.On 4/23 7:04 PM another call from Platino Interprise, but this time the phone number was 909-691-9149. We have been on the DO NOT CALL for years and just register because the time was running out.How do I register a complaint?

They have called everyday some times twice a day saying that this is the second notice that my car warrentee is about to run out but I don't have a vehicle so I know thats not possible. They are annoying as*****. I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry so why do they keep calling

Every now and then out of the blue I receive a call on my mobile phone from this number; (404) 537-0502. I really don't understand why these annoying numbers can't be blocked somehow by our mobile phones. Seems like a reasonable request considering the technological advances we've had in other areas.

Have had several calls fro Platino International....404 537 0502When I call back I get "all circuits are busy now" Voice sounds just like ATT or Qwest!Funny thing is if you call back at 2 in the morning you get the same thing.......Very annoying

these scammers call about extending my car warranty. my car warranty is with GM/Chevy and good until July 2010. these scammers refuse to even tell you there name. avoid and report them to www.donotcall.gov for violating the do not call list.

First, it was the calls from Texas, then Los Angelese, and now from Georgia.  I'm also on the do not call list, but since ma****es are probably making up the numbers to harass, then they probably don't read those lists (small attempt at humor).  These calls also come at times when it's illegal to make these types of phone calls (730am-9pm).

404 537 0502 keeps calling, I'm on the do not call list so why aren't people following the law? A class action law suit might just break up this kind of mess.

They called yes****ay,the recorded message said so****ing about my warrenties.  Said to press 2 if you want your name removed from their calling list.  A female voice said it would be removed and sorry for the inconvience.  I got a cll a***n today from the same number.  Same recorded message and once a***n I pressed 2, our number is to be taken off their calling list.  I doublt very much that it will be.  They just call from different numbers.

I am getting calls on my land line and on my cell. I have asked them to stop adn was told my name would be off the list in 24 hours.  BUT it didn't happen!

This is the FIFTH time I've gotten a "this is your last chance before we close the file, don't drive without a warranty" from these people.  Today I "pressed 1" and as soon as I s****ed I got ***g up upon.  I got to say my name and "I don't do business with..."  that was all I got to to say.I AM on DoNotCall and filed an online complaint.

I got a call and they ***g up.  Can people access secured info by having a voice    and a number??  Pretty creepy.  I am heading over to the do not call list next.

As with Wolffe, Caller ID indicated 404-537-0502 and said PLATINO INTER.  Got a woman who asked for info.  I asked her which car.  She said your primary.  I said I have several and a***n asked which one.  She ***g up. :-)  I've filed a complaint at the government's DoNotCall.gov website.If you added yourself to the Do Not Call list, I recommend everyone file complaints there.  Enough complaints might get someone there to initiate gov't action.  Well, I can dream, no?
