Leave a CommentThey also called me Teresa McMiller and the attorney Brian Alston, stating that it was two warrants out for my arrest and I should turn myself into the local police station or face the embarrassment of being taken in from my home or place of employment. I asked for more information about the situation that they were talking about, but they couldn't provide that to me. Once I told the attorney, Brian Alston, that I will not confirm my social security number over the telephone and I also I do not know anything about what they are talking about; Mr Alston got mad and told me they were filing a warrant for my arrest. and ***g up the phone. Wow, had I not read these post I really would've taken these people seriously. Thank God for the internet!
just received a call from teresa today. she said i received so****ing in the mail and if i didn't respond today they'd take further action. never heard of her or what she's talking about. idiots!!!
I received a call this morning on my work phone from a Teresa McMiller stating she had an urgent legal issue. She explained there has been a warrant placed for my arrest and the attorney in the office could give me more details. Upon speaking to the "attorney" he informed me the district attorney office has filed a case a***nst me and that I would be arrested within 4 hours. I asked for information regarding the case and he stated he did not have this information and that it was out of his hands but if I sent $1500 via Money Gram to this specific address by 1pm he could place a call to the district attorney office and tell them to cease with the arrest warrant. I contacted my attorney and we called Teresa and the Attorney back together on a conference call. Once my attorney s****ing asking questions to this "attorney" he immediately began getting hostile, shouting and overtalking my attorney and then ***g up in our face. I have tried contacting them numerous times since they ***g up on us and only get a voicemail with no greeting on it. This is a hoax. Thank GOD I do have an attorney at hand because the thought of going to jail would ***** anyone into cooperating and paying the fee to this bogus company.
I received the same call only it was out of the state of CA. When I called back, she told me that they were handling matters for an attorney's office, when I asked who the attorney was, she said they are not allowed to release that information, it was confidential. I then told her that making accusations a***nst a party for felony charges that did not exist or releasing confidential information about a party is also illegal. At that point she yelled at me and ***g up on me saying "I have other people to deal with" These people need to be stopped. The voicemail was not even left on my phone but a family member's phone, accussing me of a crime.
I received the exact same call as Anonymous except it was charges out of the state of CO.
Threatening voice message stating to call Teresa McNoll back about a case file that was brought to her desk on 2 felony fraud charges out of the state of NC and to contact her within the next couple of hours for a statement. Bogus, the number is a mobile phone number (in 2006, it belonged to a restaurant at the Hilton hotel in downtown Atlanta, GA). She never stated the company where she was calling from, nor provided a case file number to reference. Calls are now being sent to my voicemail.
