THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!!!! I did skip out on a payday loan in 2008 so when this Investigator ****hrey's contacted me will all my information I thought it was the real deal that was until I made a payment and the so called company disappeared.  $750.0 lesson.  That ****s!!! BEWARE this is FRAUD!!!!!!

We just received a message from Investigator ****hries looking for our sister-in-law stating there was****ential fraud on her SSN and he wanted her to call him asap or have her attorney call him.  We know this has nothing to do with fraud but rather an unpaid loan.  We totally agree with DUH.  If you got a "loan" that means it is an "advance" or to "lend" so therefore it is to be paid back.  Plus when you signed the contract for the loan the company specifically lists all their fees and charges so it is not a surprise that you are expected to pay your loan plus those additional fees whatever they may be.  Yes the economy is bad but you shouldn't take out loans that you know you have no intention of paying back.  If someone borrowed $20 from you, wouldn't you ***t them down in this "bad economy"?

that guy called my work today asking for me and left a msg including a case number and his name, what should i do? is it a scam or should i call to see how they got my name or info? i have never applied for these payday loans yall are talking about so idk how i got tied into this?

To the person that wrote DUH. You probably work for these losers and in most cases these individuals have more than paid for the loans that the obtained! You get a loan for $200 and pay back $1200. They are the ones that should be locked up for taking advantage of people. I recently found information that the government is working hard to shut these establishments down. see if you have a job to say Duh then!

To everyone... What I don't understand is why the***** are you taking out loans and writing bad checks to begin with. These people don't owe you anything and you are the ones *****ing THEM.  If you hadn't *****ed them to begin with, they wouldn't be calling you in the first place so pay what you owe people and you won't have to deal with these business people that are just trying to collect what YOU OWE THEM!!!

Mr. ****hries called me a***n recently after telling me that this is the last time he would call me.  He said that he was going to issue a warrant a few weeks back and that if I did not give him $1200 for a $200 payday loan that he would issue a warrant for my arrest.  Some facts he could not support, who is the lawyer working on the case, the courthouse or count where this was being filed in, and the dates that this "payday" loan took place.  Also, he tried to tell me that there are only 29 days in August.  He is so dumb to not even know the number of days that are in a month.  If he is ligitimate, then he needs to be fired.  I have turned this into the local law enforcement as he sent me his address which is: 1266 Paces Ferry Road, Suite 335Atlanta, Georgia30327.  Feel free to harass him as he has been harassing 1000's of americans.

I got a phone call from rosenberg attorney office about this payday loan last month and i couldnt afford to pay it so i blew it off when i got to work today i received notice from my job that i had a wage garnishment attached to my next check when i look at who was doing the garnishment it was for this ****** payday loan with massive attorney fees and court cost ..but due to the economy and my financial situation i will be filing bankruptcy ....TO ANYONE THAT READS THIS ***** THE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ****S

YES Andrea the loan was legitimate i did write a check to a payday loan company and for some reason rather than call me and bring this to my attention they just proceeded with legal action and had mr ****hries attorney office call me ...just pay it all they want is the money ..***** them dont even give the satisfaction just call them and setup sometype of arrangement and mr ****hries is a legal investigator ..he is a idiot..have a good day

A Mr. ****hreys called me also and said he was a private investigator about a possible fraud and wanted my sons number who moved to another state .. This was also in regard to a payday loan 4 years ago.  He then called my son and said he was an attorney. After a few questions, he ***g up as he did to me.

I received the same call from the same impersonator only this time he went as far as to say he was going to issue a warrant for arrest.

A person by the name of Mr. ****hrey's called impersonating himself as an investigator for a law firm. He was trying to get me to pay $ for a pay day loan he claimed I applied for back in 2006.  His dates were wrong and he would not provide any information about the loan or provide me with the so called lawyer who is supposed to be handling the case. When I told him I spoke with an attorney, and was told that I have rights and asked for the information the attorney directed me to ask, he was angered and ended the conversation abruptly. He has never called back, nor anyone from his so called "law firm". The more the investigation went on the more information revealed he is a f**** and trying to extort money from me.  Some one obviously sold my information to him.  Beware.
