had my last four digit of my social security, told him if i owe debt in the process of filing bankruptcy, told me he sending cops.

I got a call from this number (and about 5 other numbers) saying that I was being sued by some US Cash Advance and that I had to handle the matter immediately. I've googled all of the numbers and have seen other chat boards with other people they tried to scam. It's always someone with a Middle Eastern/Indian accent and they give some fake name like Kevin Peterson or Officer Justin Walker. I filed a complaint at www.IC3.gov. I think I will need to c****e my cell number though, but unfortunately they have my work phone as well. I applied for a payday loan online and that's how they got my information.

Same thing happened to me. Offered a settlement, obviously a scam.

Came up as private. The person left a message. He had a foreign accent and said he work for US INVESTIGATION and charges were being brought up a***nst me. He had the last 4 digits of my social and knew the state I live in. Has anyone had this happen?
