got the same i found there website: http://nationalcreditsystems.com/
In September 2009 I spoke with a rep and agreed to pay a settlement amount of $847.00 over the phone. I made two payments that same month settling that amount. In january 2010 I checked my credit report and this amount was listed as outstanding. I immediately called and spoke to a very rude female rep named "Myles". She had written record of every conversation I had with the other rep EXCEPT the verbal agreement to settle. She tells me that I should have received the settlement agreement in writing and I am still on the hook for $400.00 more dollars! She over talked me and I refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I even requested an address so I could come in to speak to someone. She ***g up on me. I looked up the number on anywho.com and the company has no physical address.I seriously question the professionalism and practices of this company. It borders on fraud. If you get a call from them get everything in writing and beware.
phoned me but ***g up as soon as I answered
They dialed and ***g up on me as well. I didn't bother calling back. Though if it happens a***n I think it's worth looking into as a group.
I answered this number and they ***g up. I called this number back -It does say its National Credit System. Pressed 0 for operator tried to explain what happened. Didn't even let me finish speaking was transfered and then the line was picked up and ***g up without anyone speaking.
I received a call from a guy by who asked for my personal information and didn't identify himself. If he was a bill collector he failed to address me with the mini Miranda which is a collection agency stipulation from the Federal Trade Commission and is a direct violation for the FDCPA-Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. I think he may have been a scam artist or just a bad account rep. When asked to speak to a manager he gave his own direct voicemail. This company might be fishy so consumers be aware.
