This number is listed on Google search on "towing services near me". Their ad says service arrives within 30 minutes. I called the number to get emergency service, spoke to an agent and ordered a tow, and waited one hour. Called back to check on my tow, and there was a recording. Left a message, no call back. I believe this is not a towing company, but an overseas call center. I see there is no name****ociated with this number. If it was a legitimate business, it would be listed.
