some lady saying I've been entered to win $5000 and they would send it in writing and then she ***g up. Very weird.

After receiving daily calls from this number for a week, I answered today. I asked the caller to take my name off of her calling list. She refused to do so several times while continuing with her pitch. She was extremely pushy and aggressive. I finally ***g up on her because she refused to end the call.

Calls numerous times and says we have won so****ing and need to reorder some magazines and when we ask to be removed from their calling list they do not remove us and call back immediately.

A man with a low, gruff voice called and confirmed my full name and said that I had been selected as a finalist for a $5000 prize by either my Mastercard or Visa credit card provider for making payments on time. He then asked which creditor I received better service from. I said Mastercard and he replied, "Well, that's the one". He asked which publications I enjoy reading, and I then asked to be taken off their call list. He became quite rude and said that "the publishing house doesn't care about your call list because you're a waste of time." Inte­resting technique...Ho­w bizarre!

404 -845-0403 keep calling my cell# but there is no one there when I do anaswer. Now I just don't answer it anymore.

Get multiple calls a day from this number. Even on Sa****ay. I refuse to answer because I do not want to waste minutes on numbers I do not recognize.

Answered and was asked if "Mr. Smith" was in. I asked who is calling, the reply was quick and uninteligible. Asked caller to repeat that and was answered with "Oh my god! Is Mr. Smith there??" Then ***g up.

I do not know who this is, but they have called my 9 yr old cells phone for over 2 weeks. When I call the number, a V/M asks me to enter the number I dialed to put me into their voice mail. When I do that, the recording states that no number exists.

Same deal, the number 404-845-0403 calls me like 3 times a day and I answer so I can flip out on w***ver it is, but of course the just **** up as soon as I answer so probably the best thing to do is call the cell phone company and block that number

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number. I finally answered today. The first call was from a man attempting to get me to sign up for 4 four! magazine subscriptions to be delivered for 5 years. He also said we were winners in a sweepstakes we never entered and were chosen based upon our credit card usage. He asked for card information (name of card) to begin with. I gave him a card company we don't have because I knew he was a scammer. He also said I had won a diamond watch and some other stuff. When I asked for details, he said he didn't know but would hae supervisor call back to answer my questions. I said I wasn't interested. A supervisor called back within 15 minutes. He gave the hard sell, upped the number of subscriptions then quoted some exorbitant price of around $80 per month for magazine subscriptions. He was very rude and condescending. I calmly questioned the credibility of an $80/month charge for magazines and he became even more belligerent. I then requested to be permanently removed from their call list and requested he immediately cease and desist calling. I ***g up on him yelling at me through the phone.

Wow what a way to make a living I guess, some people have no concious or consideration. The call I received was from a man who was rude and ***g up before I was given the chance to say remove my number from your call list and when I called back the women was just as rude and talked over me without giving me a chance to say remove my number from your call list and ***g up on me as well.  True meaning of s*** bag idiots who has your number. I hope someone catches up with those #$%$# soon.

I got a call from this number around 2 PM in the afternoon and no one said anything...there was a bunch of noise in the background.

He identified himself as working with Publishers Clearinghouse. I asked how they got my number and he said, "I don't know but I'll transfer you to someone who does." Then he ***g up on me.

This is another one of those relentless numbers that continue to show up on my phone and I have no idea why. They never leave a message and one time I did call them back just to hear an automated message saying that "all circuits were busy and to please **** on and someone would be with me shortly." 14 minutes doesn't mean shortly so what ever it was that they wanted wasn't important enough for me to hold on any longer. I don't want them to call me anymore.Thank You.

just received another call! they said they are customs police? thats a fellony impersonating a officer of law!how can they do that!

Half the time these people are just calling to hear your voice and laugh at you. The other half of the time they are trying to get you to give them your CC Number so they can process your winnings. What a scammer I wish these people would be prosecuted.

There are many accounts online of United Publishers calling people from this number and asking for their credit card number, then treating them rudely when they do not cooperate. Do a google search on this number and you will find them.

after some research this is what I discovered about this number. They are: United Publishers of America 6075 Roswell Rd. NE Suite515 Atlanta, GA 30328 I filed a complaint a***nst them on the FTCs website. Go to the FTC website and do the same people! I also signed up on the do not call list, and I am hoping they call me while on it so I can sue them! They messed with me, and I am not going to take it!

Horrible. Calls to my cell non-stop. Ask to be taken off of list, still call. Mangers talk down to me when i tell them to not call me. Accused me of being RACIST. Called unlisted work number on 7/31 at 7:16pm.Didn't talk to anyone. But figured it's a scam probably same scam artists that have called from phone number 888-404-4449 and 888-824-0299. Watch out for them - if it sounds too good to be true it is. Give them nothing - not even the time of day.

They have been calling my phone constantly the last couple of weeks.  I did return the call and an automatic operator responds to leave my phone number and someone will call me back.  That isn't happening.

i think i got scammed out of some money by these folks   when the number called my cell was off, but left message 'if we did that, we wouldn't be in business' ,sounded like it was from a show or movie, watch out for anything from  [email protected]

my boyfriend answered the call on my cell cause i didnt recognize the number, the man who called said his name was richard after asking for me by my full name. my boyfriend told him i wasnt available and then they said they were calling from united publishers. i also got a call a week ago from a different number saying i had won so****ing by being amember with an internet service. i asked which one and she didnt know, but to win i needed to give her my credit card info, i told her i didnt have 1 and she said, 'our records say that u do, what happened to your card?' i told her it was cancelled and she ***g up. i've already received 2 calls today from 404-845-0403, at 3:13pm when my boyfriend spoke to 'richard' and a***n at 5:15pm, but that time no one said anything and ***g up after i said*****o twice. the reason i s****ed looking on line is because theyre calling my cell, which has been unpublished for years, so the new random telemarketing call ****ed me off. the first site i found was  800notes.com.

They've called three times.  The first time they used this number (866) 250-2640 and tryed to inform me I'd won a contest.  I ***g up on the guy who called because he sounded ****** then I got called twice more the 404 number.  Creepy.
